Margie's Meat Marinade

This is an old family recipe obtained from a long-time friend, Margie Lundie. We use it on tri-tip's but it works fantastic on any flat, flank, or breakfast steak. The longer the marinade soak, the better. You can use it as a base and add any flavors or heat you desire. Be brave and experiment.

Directions
Ingredients
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup salad oil
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 1/2 Tablespoon white wine
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Directions
Mix together and marinate in a plastic bag overnight (or at least 4 hours) in the refrigerator.
