The Cut - 

Be. Careful. Family wars have been started over our bacon.  It's that good. You won't find any chemical nitrites or nitrates in our cure - we don't believe in feeding our animals chemicals - or our customers.  

The Preparation - 

Try the oven! Ya, that's right - bake your bacon. We suggest baking on a sheet pan (with aluminum foil) in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 20 minutes. If you like ti crispy you can always up the temp. Mama said "once you can smell bacon, stand by the oven because it is almost done."

The Location - 

Traditional Bacon comes from the bottom part fo the pig known as the belly. We take the belly and cure it with salt, pepper, sugar, and nutritional yeast.
