The Cut - 

Our Ham Slices are just what you need at your next big gathering. sliced at 1/2" these Hams are very versatile in the kitchen.  They aren't cured or smoke so you have the freedom to do with them what you please.  And since we only take the meat from well-marbled muscle, you get delicious, tender pieces every time.

The Preparation -

We recommend pan frying them in a cast iron skillet with a little bit of oil.  You can set them up in the fridge after that to let them get cold if you'd like them for sandwiches too.  

The Location - 

Ham slices come from, you guessed it, the Ham.  The Ham is a lean muscle in the part of the pig with an incredible, rich flavor.
