The Cut - 

We leave it up to you! Our whole pork belly gives you the option to roast it, smoke it, or add it ground beef. 

The Preparation - 

Try the oven! Ya, that's right - bake your belly. We suggest baking on a sheet pan (with aluminum foil) in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 20 minutes. If you like ti crispy you can always up the temp. Mama said "once you can smell bacon, stand by the oven because it is almost done."

The Location - 

Traditional Bacon comes from the bottom part fo the pig known as the belly. We take the belly and cure it with salt, pepper, and brown sugar.
