You can do anything with Jowl Bacon that you would do with Belly Bacon. We personally love baking Bacon. Baking needs less supervision, cooks the bacon evenly, and reduces the risk of getting splattered by bacon grease. We suggest baking it in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 20 minutes.
