Four, 4oz patties

The Cut - 

Pre packaged Burgers ready for your grilling pleasure. Burgers will come 4 to a package and will be right around 6oz.  Typically we tell our butcher to make them "as fat as possible" because our Grass fed cattle typically don't make anything over 90/10. 

The Preparation - 

Season patties simply with salt and pepper then cook on the grill, or in a skillet, over high heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, top with your favorite condiments, then smile and enjoy the world’s greatest burger.

The Location - 

Burger patties have some of the biggest "varieties" in terms of blends. Unlike our ground beef, our Burger Patties are a mixture of brisket, Chuck, and Short Rib.  I wish I could tell you that it was my idea - but really I have to give credit to my older brother Andrew.  That was the recipe he used to make burgers back when he was a chef in California.  It's just the right mixture of fat and meat.  The high quality of our pasture-raised, dry aged beef, and the perfect fat ratio makes burgers that are unbelievably flavorful. Once you taste the difference, there’s no going back.
