Pre packaged Burgers ready for your grilling pleasure. Burgers will come 4 to a package and will be right around 6oz. Typically we tell our butcher to make them "as fat as possible" because our Grass fed cattle typically don't make anything over 90/10.
Season patties simply with salt and pepper then cook on the grill, or in a skillet, over high heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, top with your favorite condiments, then smile and enjoy the world’s greatest burger.
Burger patties have some of the biggest "varieties" in terms of blends. Unlike our ground beef, our Burger Patties are a mixture of brisket, Chuck, and Short Rib. I wish I could tell you that it was my idea - but really I have to give credit to my older brother Andrew. That was the recipe he used to make burgers back when he was a chef in California. It's just the right mixture of fat and meat. The high quality of our pasture-raised, dry aged beef, and the perfect fat ratio makes burgers that are unbelievably flavorful.
