The Cut

Our pre-cut Fajita Meat is for those days when you just need some convenience. This cut features pure red meat with minimal fat content and is grass-fed beef to ensure you are eating healthy. We take the skirt and flap steak from the animal and pre slice it perfect for bowls, tacos, burritos, or anything else you can dream up! 

The Preparation - 

Toss in a little bit of salt and pepper and some veggies in the mix for your favorite dish. 

The Location - 

Stew Meat is made from the back of Betsy.  It's cut up into 1-2 inch pieces from the "skirt" part of the cow.  This area gets a lot of exercise so its going to be full of flavor and works well with a short sear.
